Kumpulan koir Hari Guru 2012 Daerah Batang Padang ditubuhkan untuk membuat persembahan sempena sambutan Hari Guru 2012 Peringkat Daerah Batang Padang yang akan diadakan pada 16 Jun 2012 di Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah, Slim River.

Kumpulan ini ditubuhkan di kalangan Guru-guru kelompok 6 yang terdiri daripada 52 orang ahli dari 15 buah sekolah rendah dan menengah kelompok 6.
